Slight variations in shape and color of the tiles will result from many different factors.  Every tile is a unique piece of art.  Irregularities do not affect the structure of the tile, and when installed, the natural beauty of the handmade tile is enhanced.  These eccentricities of handmade tile are what make them unique and desirable.

Hand crafted tiles can be irregular in shape, have mildly uneven surface with slightly undulating edges.  No single tile may represent the full range of color and size variations and variations may occur from order to order.  We cannot guarantee that tiles ordered as add-ons will exactly match those from an original order.  The matching of glaze colors to fabrics, wallpaper and other tile samples will generally not be exact and must be considered an approximation. 

Warranty:  We guarantee our tiles against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.  We do not guarantee tiles against etching, chipping, discoloration, or scratching and we can't be responsible for materials or methods used by any installer other than Sundby Art & Tile.
